Who we are

Kahvica makes Džezva No.1. For anything about your data, write to hello@kahvica.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the waitlist form: your email address, the colour and shape you voted for, the country you picked (optional), the language of the page, and the time you gave consent.

We count visits with Plausible Analytics, which uses no cookies and collects no personal data: IP addresses aren’t stored and visitors can’t be followed across sites. It also counts clicks on “Reserve” and completed signups, with the colour and shape picked. No tracking cookies and no advertising pixels.

Why

To email you about Džezva No.1: the launch date, the launch price and when the first batch opens. The colour votes tell us how many of each colour to make. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box.

Where it lives and for how long

Signups are stored in a database run by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, in the EU. We keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and at most 12 months after the first batch ships.

We never sell or share your email. Nobody else gets the list.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time: every email has an unsubscribe link, or just write to hello@kahvica.com. If you think we got something wrong, you can complain to your data protection authority (in Slovenia, the Information Commissioner, ip-rs.si).
